This policy outlines how cancellations and refunds are handled for your membership with Bong Eats Adda. Please read it carefully.
1. Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your membership at any time.
- Monthly Members: If you cancel your monthly subscription, you will retain access to the community until the end of your current billing cycle. No further charges will be applied.
- Bi-Annual and Yearly Members: If you cancel your bi-annual or yearly subscription, you will continue to have access to the community until the end of your paid term. Your membership will not automatically renew.
To cancel your membership, please go to your account settings or contact our support team at mail@bongeats.com.
2. Refund Policy
All payments are non-refundable. However, we understand that unique situations can arise.
- For Bi-Annual and Yearly Members: If you have a bi-annual or yearly membership and feel you are not getting value from the community, or you can no longer support our project, you may reach out to us to request a refund. Please send an email to mail@bongeats.com with a detailed explanation of your situation. We will review these requests on a case-by-case basis and, if a refund is granted, it will be a prorated amount based on the unused portion of your subscription.
- For Monthly Members: Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable.
3. Violations of Terms & Conditions
If your membership is terminated due to a violation of our Terms and Conditions or Community Guidelines, you are not eligible for a refund. This includes members on monthly, bi-annual, and yearly plans. We reserve the right to remove any member who fails to adhere to our community standards, and in such cases, all payments made are considered final.
